If you are serious about getting stronger, you need to track more than just what you lifted today. Workout With Me gives you a complete fitness analytics dashboard that turns every workout you log into actionable data.

STRENGTH POWER CHARTS
Track your pulling power, pushing power, and leg power over time with color-coded trend charts. Each data point is derived from your logged workouts using estimated one-rep max calculations. EWMA (Exponentially Weighted Moving Average) smoothing filters out day-to-day noise so you see real strength trends, not random fluctuations. Know exactly whether your bench press, deadlift, squat, row, and overhead press are trending up, plateauing, or declining.

BODY COMPOSITION TRACKING
Log your bodyweight and body fat percentage over time. The app displays weekly rate of change so you can see if your cut, bulk, or recomp is on track without waiting weeks for visual confirmation. A dashed predictive forecast line shows where your current trajectory is heading. Whether you are losing fat, gaining muscle, or maintaining, the numbers tell the full story.

SESSION VOLUME AND TRAINING CONSISTENCY
Total kilograms lifted per session and training frequency (days per week) are plotted over time. Spot drops in training volume before they turn into missed gains. See whether you are training enough days per week to hit your goals or if you are overreaching and need to scale back.

DOTS STRENGTH RANKING
Your DOTS score is the official IPF (International Powerlifting Federation) standard for comparing lifters across weight classes. It is calculated from your Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift one-rep maxes, normalized by your bodyweight. Six ranking tiers from Beginner to World Class let you see exactly where you stand among lifters globally. Track how your DOTS score changes over months and years of training.

PER-MUSCLE STRENGTH SCORES
See your average working weight broken down by muscle group: legs, back, chest, shoulders, arms, and core. Each score includes a confidence level based on how many exercises and sets you have logged for that muscle group, so you know which numbers are rock-solid and which need more data points.

COMPATIBILITY SCORES
Your per-muscle strength data powers the gym partner matching system. When you browse potential training partners, the app shows a compatibility percentage based on how closely your strength levels align across all six muscle categories. High-confidence matches mean balanced workouts for both of you.

ACTIVITY HEATMAP
A GitHub-style contribution graph shows your training patterns at a glance. See which days of the week you train most, spot consistency gaps, and identify streak breaks before they become bad habits. Weeks and months of training history visualized in one clean grid.

FITNESS PROFILE DASHBOARD
Your fitness profile combines everything in one screen: DOTS score and tier, training frequency, total workouts completed, personal records set, current bodyweight, body fat percentage, and experience level. Everything you need to assess your overall fitness at a glance.
