Moonrise is a digital world clock watch face for Wear OS, built for the Samsung Galaxy Watch. Your local time sits large in the middle. Under it, two world zones in one row, or three when you need them, each as an hour and its abbreviation: 12 EDT · 11 CDT in summer, 12 EST · 11 CST in winter. The switch happens on the watch, per zone, on the right dates through 2036.

Below the zones, always on: the moon as it looks tonight, drawn as a waxing or waning disc with its dark seas, and the temperature with the day's high and low and a condition glyph, in °F or °C to match your watch.

Every full moon has its own colour. For 60 hours around each full moon the disc tints to that month's Old Farmer's Almanac name: Wolf in January, Pink in April, the copper of the Hunter's Moon in autumn, deep blue for a Blue Moon. During a lunar eclipse the moon turns blood-red.

Settings, all on the watch (hold the face, tap Customize):
• Zone 1 and Zone 2, from 69 time zones, every inhabited one on Earth
• Zone 3, off or any zone; the row rebalances when you turn it on
• Colors, eight themes

Half-hour zones such as India show a +30m marker, and a zone already on tomorrow carries +1d. Zone hours are always 24-hour, so 09 can never mean 21. The battery line appears only at 100% or at 15% and below.

Moonrise is built in the Watch Face Format: no app to install on the phone, no account, no network access, and no data collected. Weather comes from the watch's own weather service.

Requires Wear OS 6 or later. Tested on the Galaxy Watch 7. One-off purchase, no subscription.
