Not happy with Worldpackers customer service. Emailed several times about the rating system but get no response; the system does not calculate the average star reviews properly. It takes the lowest star review and makes it your rating. Making becoming one of their "top hosts" almost impossible to achieve. Also the travellers rate how fun their experience was so if I can't make sure every task they help with is fun then I get a low rating. Definitely caters to travellers and unfair for hosts :(

The traveler is the one that give the review for the overall experience, it is not an average of the other categories. If you have any doubt, get in touch with us, we've already normalized the response time

ery limited functionality. Just see emails and alter available dates as far as I can see. I can't make any changes to my profile or add photos or even see my profile. .

Some of the places I have been to shouldn't even be allowed to post. The safe places I have been to, worldpackers won't let them utilize the worldpackers program because of previous problem people from worldpackers. Unsafe environments all over the U.S.. And then when I went to complain about my experiences they kicked me out. I have only had great reviews about myself and gone above and beyond expectations and because worldpackers doesn't want bad reviews they booted me for telling the truth!
