Constant Issues. Casting doesn't work, it just says error loading video when you try. And now they've disabled any sort of external casting so you can't work around it. Also, the app will randomly decide it doesn't like my network anymore and won't let me login or watch anything. This app worked great a few months ago but is getting dramatically worse every time I use it. If you have any other way to watch rugby, don't waste your time with this app.

Works when it wants to. when I simply exit the app to use another app or no app at all, and then try to open the app again, I have to completely log in again. Also, the app does not always play the video I selected. a blank screen is all that one sees. So, one has to close the app and try again. When opening the app again, I am welcomed with a orange screen rearing rugbypass and nothing happens. This is the only app on my phone that doesn't operate the same way all the other apps do.

the long form articles do not transfer well to the app. Embedded GIFs and video clips do not show and the comment section of articles is not available. I used to go back to the website to read these articles but now it's basically unusable due to pop up google ads taking up most of the page with no option to close them.

Thanks for the feedback. We're addressing any intrusive ads on the website and the good news is that commenting is coming to the App very soon! We're also looking at ways to improve the long form experience, particularly around GIFs.
