The game is very unpolished. I just finished the main quest for this "season." The side quests and events are extremely repetitive and the NPC's are not very likeable. I think the game is using AI create so of the quest material as well as there are phrases that don't sound how we normally speak. I did enjoy what I played and am paying for the ad free experience once the free trial expires, but they have a long way to go before it becomes a game I am willing to recommend.

Thanks for the feedback, and yeah - we definitely still have a lot of polishing to go. At this point I'm just letting the game earn its own future updates, so hopefully what we have clicks with enough people that I'll be able to add more polish soon! (No AI writing was used BTW - just allowed some younger / new writers to do events)

The game is completely free-to-play; the premium packages—which unlock new dialogue options and storylines—serve solely to support the game's creator. It can be a bit confusing and difficult at first, but once you’ve played for an hour or two, you’ll get into the rhythm of it; it becomes very easy and incredibly fun. The only thing the game currently lacks is more content, as it is still in Season 1—its initial development phase. (My Review don't entirely fit here 🥲)

Edited** I can't stop playing whenever I have time! At first loot was kind of annoying as we get a lot of it but soon realized that some cards are one time use so the disappear from your deck. overall really enjoy this game, it is simple enough to play while walking yet strategic enough to keep you playing. it is best to go into gear and cards that work together rather than pure high damage as later on things get more challenging. Can't wait for more updates!!

Great feedback, and yeah - probably need to dial back some of the drop rates it sounds like and stuff - that's great feedback. And yeh totally hear you on the story bits... I feel like long term we'll do more "foraging mode" stuff where you can walk, get steps, and play through content as if you're walking but from couch.
