Ratings and reviews

Worthpoint is a good tool for researching value but they are very frustrating. Search returns completely irrelevant results, sometimes 10s of 1000s of them. Account was just suspended because of non-payment. I can't change the payment method except on platform I originally signed up with them on. I don't even remember the platform. Nearly 20 years ago. That ends today. Service keeps clients. Bye-bye.

the app is helpful, but its slow. It makes me log in with email and password every single time I open the app, and re-login every time I go switch to another app for more than 15 seconds. Very often I have to login multiple times because 2/3 times it will buffer endlessly and I have to close the app and try again. I cant find a way to not have to login, please fix this.

app has a very difficult time identifying items from pictures. the picture ID is clunky & cumbersome to use. Results for most items are typically years old. No current sales to get a true value from. Entire app needs an overhaul on organization & identification. $29/mon is an outrageous fee for a mediocre to low production app. As well as they make it next to impossible to cancel ur subscription. They need to put as much effort into the app as they do keeping u from canceling ur subscription.
