About this app

This app was developed for clinicians by a WOC NP with over 24 years of expereince. It provides an overview of 8 wound etiologies commonly encountered in the field of wound care. It provides a description of the wound type, images and treatment options whether wound healing or palliation is the goal. It also provides options to manage distressing wound symptoms, such as wound pain, bleeding, and odor and examples of wound supply options available along with indications for their use. There are also case studies, a sample wound formulary and much more !! A section on ostomy care has also been added for clinicians caring for patients with ostomies.

It is continually updated and includes references and links for further information and video demonstrations.

Best wound care tool everything you need is here comprehensive at the same time friendly ,easy to understand and updated wound treatments I use all the time Its save time when i call the doctors they love to get the report of the wounds and the recommendations that you gets in this app. So the doctor approve your recommendations and you as a nurse feels confident of what you are doing I love it !
