Play a complete game of chess — right on your wrist.

ChessWatch brings the full game of chess to your Wear OS smartwatch. No phone needed: the app runs standalone, so you can start a game, make your moves, and finish a match entirely from your watch.

Whether you have a spare minute or want a proper blitz session, ChessWatch adapts to your time. Pick up your watch, choose a side, and play.

PLAY YOUR WAY
• Play vs AI — challenge the built-in chess engine and test your skills.
• 2 Players — pass and play with a friend on the same watch.
• Choose your color — play as White or Black against the AI.
• Three difficulty levels: Easy, Medium, and Hard.

FULL CHESS RULES
ChessWatch implements the standard rules of chess:
• All piece movements (king, queen, rook, bishop, knight, pawn)
• Castling
• En passant
• Pawn promotion (pick queen, rook, bishop, or knight)
• Check, checkmate, and stalemate detection
• Draws: stalemate, threefold repetition, fifty-move rule, insufficient material

CHESS CLOCKS
Stay sharp with built-in chess clocks. Choose your time control and play a timed game:
• Off (untimed)
• 3 minutes
• 5 minutes
• 10 minutes
Run out of time and you lose on the flag.

HOW TO PLAY
1. Open ChessWatch on your watch.
2. Tap Play vs AI or 2 Players.
3. Tap a piece to select it, then tap a highlighted square to move.
4. Use the in-game menu to flip the board or resign.

ChessWatch is an offline, single-player and local multiplayer chess game. It does not require an account or an internet connection.
