Transferred amount to the mentioned account but not able to enter the transaction details in the app , submit button is not working. Zero customer support . Trying to figure out whom to contact from past 2 days. I guess my money is gone now. I have been trying to get in touch with you . Only your chat bot is available. How do we get in touch with you guys . Or kindly refund the money that has been put into your account.

Unable to deposit money from my bank account. Why SBI is not accepting the transactions these days? Previously it was accepting it. Recently on 8th March I deposited 20000 via my NRE account, and the amount was rejected due to non whitelisted account. but still, I did not receive back the amount in my account. May I know, how long will it take to credited into my account? It's more than 45 days, and still the money is not uet credited back .

🤬I strongly advise everyone to stay away from . My experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. The platform had previously indicated that user funds would be refunded, but instead of fulfilling that properly, it feels like the money has been slowly withheld or diminished over time. Even the amounts that were returned to customers seem to be getting reduced gradually through unexplained deductions.
