Has potential but needs polishing. If the app is not open, incoming calls aren't seen or triggered for answering. it needs a better onboarding method as well because it was little confusing to set up and the website has no instructions. If the dev addresses those issues, I think it has potential as it could fill the current void for a twilio native app. In the meantime, unfortunately I couldn't use this app for production, it needs a good push forward to be truly a business solution. It's a handy app for teams who use Twilio but who have not yet developed their own in house app. After a week of using it with the $8.49/mo I ended up just creating a separate app in twilio with more functionality. With this app I was hoping to have an embedded transparent call and sms functionality that worked natively with the android backend. However it is a separate app Edit: Twiconnect recently got an update on October 6, 2020. With that update my subscription plan completely disappeared!

We regret the inconvenience; our team is constantly working on supporting many more use cases and devices. We will surely get back to you once we have an update. It's not possible to create a mobile app with Twilio, and all call and sms redirections to mobile number impose additional costs. Please contact us if your subscription doesn't work.

Horrible support! There's NO way to contact them, the app just accepts comments! I have a Premium membership and I couldn't send a single support email! Since July 16 All calls and emails are failing to reach my phone!!!
