Can't set permissions on Google pixel phone on Android 13. Won't allow you to scan. Being charged by Vodafone for app that doesn't support the current version of Android. Poor for a comms company

App is OK but it often fails to show scan results when you open the App and despite purportedly being set to stay logged in I'm frequently asked to sign in and request a pin to my phone number to enable to do so. This often takes quite a while to come through.

Hi, If you're using an out of date version of the app, you may experience issues logging in, or staying logged in. Have to set up a payment just to stop Vodafone blocking perfectly fine websites. Absolute joke of a network. It gets worse. This is the only way to stop the filter and you have to pay for it???!!!!!!!!! I already pay you and now I have to pay again to view something I should be able to view anyway? Ridiculous company. Absolute con artists. Scamming you into a contract and then scamming more from you to use the service you already pay for. Greedy money hungry pathetic excuse for a company

Cancelling the service will not effect the sites you can, or cannot access, We appreciate your feedback & will use this to improve our future customer service. Mark

We've been working hard to build new security features for you. With this release, Secure Net provides even more safety and security for our Vodafone Ireland Broadband customers, and customers with both Vodafone Broadband and Mobile services in Ireland. Additional features include smart parental controls including filtering of the content your child can view and limiting their access to the internet at certain times.
