Devices are constantly missing from the 'Assign device' list so I can't apply any parental controls. Can't get any support. So far this is useless. Edit following developer response - there is no way to reach out via in app support!! Not an option. There's just a very basic knowledge base that doesn't cover this issue. More worryingly, devices have appeared that aren't even on our network. I'll give it another couple of days and I'm returning the lot.

I've been using secure net for several years and it's very good. But please please give us a 'no kids' button as I'm sick of being prompted to set up a child profile. My child is 25yo and really doesn't need keeping an eye on.

I don't feel fully in control of my own firewall, I keep getting constantly pinged with useless notifications telling me a threat has been blocked on my devices with no way to find out what the threat was or how to unblock or let them know it's legitimate or not. I would like it to be more transparent with more user controls. Also the option to silence notifications or send daily or weekly roundups with options to dig into individual cases and unblock if necessary.
