You can't do store pickup through the app, only ship to home. If you order on the actual website instead of the app, your orders do not automatically show on the app which also means that you don't get your reward points a lot of the time without having to contact customer service. My store in my city doesn't have a specific phone number to call so I have to call customer service to get transferred and when doing so, the phone always hangs up.

Had this app for a month. It wouldn't let me make an account(for a month). It kept saying try again later(for amonth!). It wouldn't let me enter through rewards with my phone number (for a month!!!) even though i am a reward member!!! So annoying, just uninstalled. No point to have a app that you have to check in as a guest. Might as well go to website!

Hard to navigate. Sometimes I get notified about sales or new releases ON THE APP and it takes me to the link on my web browser... I didn't get the app just to open links on another app that's even harder to navigate. Also there's not that many sales and when there are, its the same few brands I or probably most people don't like. In addition, I ordered shoes for someone last year and never got the reward points for it. My biggest issue is the links, however.
