About this app

Module of the Cesla platform - Safety 4.0, intended for the management of contractors and subcontractors (Companies providing services), allowing in a friendly and simple way to check the conditions of the documents modeled for a contracted scope of service.

This APP is an integral part of the web module called Hive and allows:
- Consult the condition of documents sent from a contracted or subcontracted company;
- Consult document conditions of employees of a contractor or subcontractor;
- Consult the condition of the qualifications of employees of a contractor or subcontractor;
- Consult the condition of the ASOs of employees of a contractor or subcontractor;
- Manage virtual integration rooms;
- Collect signatures on the APP screen of employees who participated in the integration (face-to-face onboarding);

After an integration is validated, the system already has an automatic interface with the Horus (APR and PT Eletrônica) and LOTO (Lockout & Tagout) modules of the Cesla platform.
