Similar problems as others describe on my Samsung Galaxy. The Eula confirmation buttons appears for one second, as does the privacy confirmation button. After inputting my trip confirmation number and access code, the app doesn't show anything about my trip. There was no field for inputting my phone to receive text messages. Travelex already has my personal information , but not the app. And it drains power. My phone power dropped 5% while I was trying to use app. App deleted.

Currently app won't add my active policy. I've tried at least 15-20 times. Per Travelex "the IT team is working on it".

Had a bit of an issue accessing the app with a larger display size in my Android settings, but Steve called me within a couple days to walk me through signing up. He also said they'd be addressing this issue right away to make the experience better. Thank you, Steve!
