Mindfulness is the practice of mindfulness and the basis for successful leadership. At the same time you increase your effectiveness, your self-regulation and your general well-being.

In an 8 week program you will be guided - step by step - through all essential aspects of mindfulness and centering. Alternatively, you can put together your own personal practice from numerous meditations in the library. Qi Gong exercises, breathing exercises and contemplation texts serve as preparation for your meditation or support you in between in your professional and private everyday life.

Beginners, advanced and experienced learners of every age group and in every life situation have the opportunity to invite awareness and mindfulness into their everyday lives. Meet the challenges of everyday life in a more relaxed manner and become more present.

Mindfulness is a practice and life practice and supports you to lead a more successful life and to be successful.
In a first step you will be more present. We “run on autopilot” for a considerable part of our everyday life and are not consciously aware of our actions. That we are not present escapes us. We can only change what we consciously perceive towards positive, solution-oriented and constructive behavior - with ourselves and with others.
Building on this, you will learn to distance yourself from thoughts and feelings and will no longer be absorbed and determined by them. With this improved self-regulation you can keep a cool head in challenging situations and at the same time you can increasingly turn off the unpleasant "rumination carousel". Instead of reaction, you increasingly get into action. You're back at the wheel!
In a third step, you will learn to control the focus of your attention willingly and thus to steer it towards helpful and constructive behavior.

Wts Mindful Leadership accompanies you with the following content:
- a guided 8 week program for building your own meditation practice
- all meditations from the 8 week program and numerous additional meditations in the library
- short meditations that you can integrate into your everyday life
- Preparatory and additional support with Qi Gong exercises (video), breathing exercises and contemplation texts
- Timer with gong for your independent meditation without instructions
