inkeep is a personal CRM and notebook for the people in your life. Save the hobby a friend started, a conversation with a colleague, or something you want to ask next time. Read your notes before you meet and pick up where you left off.
Notes for each person
Keep names, companies, details and photos together. When you meet several people, write once to save a note for each of them. Search names or words in your notes, browse a timeline or calendar, and pin important notes to a person's page.
Stay in touch
Set contact reminders and keep track of upcoming plans, birthdays and anniversaries. Korean lunar birthdays are supported. See upcoming plans in a home screen widget.
Remember gifts and occasions
Record gifts you give and receive, along with weddings and other occasions. Find what you prepared last time when you need it again.
Free everyday use
Add unlimited people and notes. Search, groups, plans, gift records, birthday and anniversary alerts on the day, app lock, backup, restore and export are free. Include one photo per note and set contact reminders for up to three people. There are no ads, including on the free plan.

A monthly or annual subscription includes:
• Contact reminders without a people limit and group reminders
• Pre-meetup summaries and monthly and yearly relationship reports
• Advance birthday and anniversary alerts and gift planning

Your records and privacy
People and notes are stored locally by default. Choose backup to save them to your own Google Drive, or export a file yourself. Protect your records with app lock.
Contact import reads only the information you choose in the system picker and never changes your address book. On Android 16 and earlier, it imports the name and selected phone number; you can add company and birthday details manually. You can also add people without importing contacts.
Usage analytics and crash reports each follow your separate consent choices. See the in-app privacy policy for details.
