Never works. When trying to use app, all it does is freeze and say "updating". The little status circle icon just spins and spins. Thought it was the phone and went from an iphone to an Android. Still doesn't work. Has Never worked on my phones. Useless during fire drills or whenever a hand-held device is necessary. Hopelessly disappointing app.

It takes 3-5 minutes just to open the app to scan a students ID card. My guess is this is because we've been using it and it has collected all of this data as it didn't do this when we first started using it. There has got to to be a way to not load all that data when all we are trying to do is quickly give students some positive points.

I can't even get past login screen. I keep getting told my account has been blocked even though it works fine on the website.
