Ratings and reviews

Not bad for searching for items and making your selection. Shopping cart does not work at all. It is not possible to delete any items or change quantities. It does not show the total of the order and the remaining balance of your benefit. To get that information you have to use the website. Just go to the website. That works. The app is no longer user friendly! In prior years the app had a scanner that could be used in store to find items that were eligible for purchase. Also, there seems to be no online ordering other than from the current OTC catalogue. The prices in the catalogue are, in many cases, double what they were in the HB+ catalogue of prior years. Even though the dollar amount of the benefit has increased the cost of items greatly diminishes the purchasing power. I

App is the worst thing I have ever used and I used Windows 3.0!! There are no ways to actually see what is ordered and no way to delete items from the shopping cart. I have tried ths on a Samsung tablet where t failed spectacularly and now on my phone with an even larger failure. I haven't see so many folders with spinning circles since Windows NT. When a paper form is the better choice, you should be ashamed.
