very poor customer service, contacted them with a query in chat and was told to send an email, agent then closed the chat immediately. also app doesn't work well. when u click on the verification link it takes u to xapo on google play. u need to spend $1000 to open an account, thats alot of money for the poor access to the app and poor customer service.

One of the worst banks I dealt with. They approved opening my account to receive freelance Motion Graphics payments if I provide verification when needed. After only few small transfers, they froze payments, demanded sender data, and even after I submitted invoices and proofs, they rejected and returned the money without consent. This caused financial loss, stress, and client issues. They refuse to admit their mistake despite approving first then reversing later.

I echo exactly what Pontus, Jalulu, Pulane, Diniz have said, they are absolutely spot on with their reviews. I personally couldn't say much more, and if I could it would be negative, certainly nothing positive, let's hope things change over time because if they don't they simply won't last (I don't care how deep the founders pockets are) other competitors coming into this market will easily attract their current clientele. edit: they haven't tried to contact me once as per their response
