I had a few issues during onboarding, but the team was very responsive and the actual account works well and the app is nice.

after paying 1000$ each depoist have to be reviewed manually 48 working hours and will ask every time for recipts and proves they closed my account after the first month of using and still not getting back my left money of non usage of the 11 months left in the contract usless support usless bank transaction dont work on weekends

very poor customer service, contacted them with a query in chat and was told to send an email, agent then closed the chat immediately. also app doesn't work well. when u click on the verification link it takes u to xapo on google play. u need to spend $1000 to open an account, thats alot of money for the poor access to the app and poor customer service.
