App has improved in English some but hard to navigate. Many COMMON devices like a Kindle, A Roku, and many brands like most Amazon items and Ring items are not listed in their choices of descriptions. Hard to find add-ons and no explanation of where to find your items if you plug in external storage NEGATIVES: App always wants to update to the Chinese language version. Has terrible translation like it says "determine" where it means "ok" or "apply". You can name your devices but all the presets are again in Chinese. App tries to update your router to the latest Chinese version which WILL BRICK YOUR ROUTER! App needs an English translator but devs too cheap to pay for one so app seriously needs help. Router works pretty well but only 100Mbps cables and app is very difficult to use. Devs need to update it but update tries to update to chinese version and website tries to keep you in Asia.

Useless app after the update from 3.0 to 4.0. Having issues with connecting. No no name can be assigned to the devices as it used to be in earlier versions. QoS is also not working properly. Even this very app doesn't connects with the Router most of the time, even if connects, its never in sync with it. No more history of devices connected earlier. Many more issues/bugs in this app, that I don't want to mention now. The best turned to be the Worst.

This app is total rubbish. It needs to be taken behind the barn and shot. It uses obsolete tech, hangs at every stage. I can't login, can't set up my router again, and I can't retrieve login information. I'm amazed that a company as big as Xiaomi, with thousands of the best coders on payroll, could come up with such a stupid app. I'm not a programmer but I'm pretty sure given a month of training I would, by myself, make a better app than this monstrosity.
