Thanks for deleting my previous review! I'm unable to login (correct email and password is the same as printed on the underneath of the router) can't reset password, it's going round in circles (enter code/submit - back to verify account 😆 Can't change my location from 'Chinese Mainland'!? Half the App is STILL written in Chinese, or it was the last time I could enter it. Could you pull your fingers out and actually fix this before I send the router back to you? Very annoyed! 😡

Very useful app 👌, but still needs lots of improvement. e.g. it doesn't show thumbnails for the image and video files while accessing USB storage. Also allowing the users to share to social media apps like WhatsApp and Facebook would be great. And allowing the users to upload files to the router's USB storage via the share option would be great.

Love how i can manage the router when away from home while not connected to it and also see which devices are connected to it when im away from home. App needs a feature to schedule LEDS, this is the worst possible router to use in a bedroom, it has blue lights flickering everywhere How can i remove a repeater from the app after having added it, i disconnected my repeater router (also a mi router) but it still shows on the app , though I obviously can't connect to it because its disconnected
