*Must understand each setting to fully tune* If you don't have the ability to update your firmware and then tune your settings to best fit your play style. Then I understand the hate. This can be minimal effort to set up and helps me to play at a high level without in-game aim assist. I use this to maximize my comfort level and use a control to move and a mouse to aim. Really makes the game fun again.

The Xim Matrix is quite disappointing. The app is extremely buggy, making it frustrating to navigate. Setting up the XIM itself is overly complicated and not user-friendly. When using the keyboard and mouse option in-game, the sensitivity feels inconsistent, constantly changing, and the dead zone settings seem messed up. Additionally, the scripts and Anti-Recoil options were missing from the app for me, which is a huge letdown. Overall, it fails to deliver a smooth and reliable gaming experience

Imagine playing with people who can change their recoil, controls or more. The controls should stay the same as any other player playing that console this is basically cheating for those who use it.
