I have had this for a while now, 2-3 years. When I initially purchased 2 controllers, 1 channel in 1 of the controllers was bad and they replaced it for me right away so I could get it installed before Bike Week. I wish there was a 4 channel controller, when you link 2 controllers the lights don't flash at the same speed. Now with the latest Android 13 update I can't even connect. Is there any update with the fix?? The customer service for this company is amazing.

Very sorry about this issue! It was caused by a system bug in Android 13. We can confirm that a fix will be released soon because we received a developer version update that fixed this issue. Now we are just anxiously waiting for the fix to be released to the public. We are extremely sorry about the inconvenience.

I deleted my previous review, as the temporary issue with the app was resolved. However, since the connection issue has been fixed,I've not been able to properly control both zones for my kit. I emailed xkglow to ask what the issue might be. Within minutes of the time they opened, they emailed me back to find out what the issue was. I responded with an explanation, and they immediately offered to send me a new (tested) controller box to see if that fixes the issue. The product itself is GREAT!!

The app is pretty sharp for LED lights. An orange car with purple glow. The only sad part is I don't drive much at night any more and my light kit was damaged by poor asphalt conditions. I'll still keep the base and the app for when I install the kit better. Still, the app does what it says. You control your lights, get a GPS reminder, and custom color picker with patterns. OLD REVIEW: The short of it--- android 8.0 breaks this app. There is nothing anyone can do about this other than get anything other than 8.0. I thought I updated the review after this fiasco but it appears not to have saved.
