Ratings and reviews

This app is hot garbage. I have to manually shut it off 2 or 3 times to get it to connect. Then it says connected but won't control the lights. Sometimes I have to power cycle unit in the car to get it to work. There's no way to update the device firmware; proving what a cheap garbage system this is overall. The streaming music light display doesn't work right. The installer tried to blame my phone (S24+) because he's an apple guy. The apple version actually works. Avoid this trash. Devs emailed

Not yet compatible with XKChrome controllers (as advertised). Just like XKChrome, XKAlpha still provides the best user experience for non-professional installs and DIY customers who want something "good enough". Lacks capabilities for enthusiasts and professional jobs. It would go a long way if there was a "developer" mode giving us direct control over the programming of the controllers and full capabilities of the controller hardware. Alternatively, a PC app would get the same job done.

We have around 30alpha series rock lights under our gladiator and I have yet to be outshined! The ability to individually address with this app is awesome! I will never use any other brand! Also the app is so nicely done. Everything is right there on one screen and the built in functions are unbelievable!
