About this app

This app is for using the official cheering stick of MONSTA X. Various lighting production and control is possible through the app, so you can enjoy a more enjoyable performance through various productions in the venue.

*Main function guide
1. Product connection (using a cheering tool)
Connect to the cheering stick via Bluetooth.
Once connected, you can enter the battery level and ticket information below.

2. Check the remaining battery level of the cheering rod
You can check the battery level of the cheering rod connected to the app.

3. Enter ticket information
During the performance, you can enter the seat number on the official cheering stick and automatically change the color according to the stage direction, so you can enjoy the performance more enjoyably. (Excluding some performances depending on the situation)

-No required access rights

2) Optional access rights
-Storage space: Used to record information for various productions during performances
-Camera: Used when reading a QR code to check information for various directing during a performance on the ticket
-Location: Cheering rod search (BLE) is used because it only works when location service is activated.

Selective access permission can be changed in Settings-Application Manager-MONSTA X LightStick App-Permissions.

I had to get a new phone. My lightstick was paired with that my old one. It kept crashing trying to connect to my new phone, finally got it. I held the button on the light stick while I clicked on connect on the app. My light stick flashed not just blue but other colors. I checked my Bluetooth connections on my phone and my lightstick is now showing.

The app literally keeps crashing when trying to connect the light stick. It's seriously disappointing to those who want to use their Mondoongie at a concert and will not be able to take part in the light up features because the app is not up to par.

App was sadder than my savings account. It wouldn't connect nor load half the time. Also kept crashing so I gave up, and I'm sure everyone else did too. Running on Samsung S22 Ultra and it still didn't want to work. Quite unfortunate.
