My light stick can connect with my phone, but after pressing the regester button and already connected, the lightstick doesn't work. No color change and not even any light. I deleted it and download again. I even use two phones to try, still not work. I saw some youtube video show that after connected the light on and change color automatically. But mine doesn't work.

Totally can't connect the light stick!!! Already try hundreds times also disconnect.. 🙄

Please follow the steps below. 1. If "Stray Kids Light Stick" in the Bluetooth setting, delete it from the list. 2. Delete app and reinstall. 3. Press and hold 10 sec more the power button of the light stick (red> green> blue lights up and reset). 4. Try to connect. If you still can't connect, write a review again at any time. Thank you.

First of all, sorry for the inconvenience. Fixed the problem of not connecting in Android 10(version 1.0.2). Please delete the app and reinstall it to try. Thank you.
