consent.app turns a consent request into a record you actually control. Scan a QR code or open a link sent to you, review exactly what you're agreeing to, and approve or decline it, all inside the app.
To use consent.app, you'll need a free account. Your consent history is only useful if it's actually yours, so an account keeps everything you've signed or declined tied to you: synced, private, and there every time you open the app, on this device or another one.
WITH CONSENT.APP YOU CAN:

Approve or decline a request directly in the app.
Pick up an unfinished request exactly where you left it. Nothing is lost if you have to step away.
See a complete history of everything you've agreed to, everything pending, and everything you've declined.
