The app fails to load more than it actually loads properly. I'll hear something outside and click on the app. After 30 seconds to a minute for the app to load, it usually says one of the two cameras is offline. It's not. So I click on the one camera the app thinks is working only for it to take up to two minutes or more to load the camera. By that time, whatever was outside in full view of the camera is long gone. The app is great... in theory. In practice its basically useless.

After waiting for it to start up I can select a specific camera, but I frequently get disconnected from the camera view. The camera then displays as offline, but I can view it without disconnection after refreshing. I've had these three cameras for over six months, and I deeply regret my purchase and commitment to what I initially believed was a good investment. I was seriously considering the cloud option, but if this issue is not resolved soon, I'm leaning towards a more reliable brand.

Doesn't alert when motion detected even though all things for that are turned on in the app. App keeps shutting down and when it does run for short periods of time, it drains the device battery where the app is running horribly. When trying to submit feedback within the app when it crashes or errors, you cannot do it. There is a drop-down for the issue you're reporting that is a required field but there is nothing in the drop down menu. So you can never complete the feedback submission.
