8/26 west alarm goes off with bugs... though set to person only. East alarm just went off saying motion detected...though set to person/ animal only. had icon to delete events, now icon mysteriously missing from app??? cost $270 for 4cams plus holes in house but doesn't have 180 detection, and freezes when you try 360 scan the to see what's setting it off. wish spend the extra $900 for ADT monitoring as pixels too blurry to make out what to focus on in yard.

This app is buggy as hell. I have the latest version 2.0.13. When you get a notification and touch it, you expect it to go to the video,it doesn't. It just opens to the camera home screen. Then you have to select the camera- view-event and open the tile for the notification you just got. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes before you can even open the tile with the video. When you hit play it doesn't play! You have to go out to another cam, and when you come back into the video, it might actually play

Thanks for the feedback — sorry for the frustration. We push a notification immediately when an event is detected, but the playback clip is generated only after recording finishes. If you tap too early the app opens live view; once the clip is ready it goes to playback. For more help, please contact us in‑app —Support → Support Chat or Feedback.

The camera is great it holds up in all kinds of weather the support is great when you need help if they can't fix it they will help you get a replacement. Thank You ♥️
