This app is buggy as hell. I have the latest version 2.0.13. When you get a notification and touch it, you expect it to go to the video,it doesn't. It just opens to the camera home screen. Then you have to select the camera- view-event and open the tile for the notification you just got. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes before you can even open the tile with the video. When you hit play it doesn't play! You have to go out to another cam, and when you come back into the video, it might actually play

Thanks for the feedback — sorry for the frustration. We push a notification immediately when an event is detected, but the playback clip is generated only after recording finishes. If you tap too early the app opens live view; once the clip is ready it goes to playback. For more help, please contact us in‑app —Support → Support Chat or Feedback.

The app could definitely use some improvement. Works great and simple for my parents to understand. Notification management doesn't make sense. Not sure what default channel vs default notification means in system notifications. I would like to see a dark mode on the app, and a feature where you can set multiple default zones. Panoramic feature is useless if you can't save it.
