This is my first broker ever and my experience so far has been the best. With all the bonuses. So far I have withdrawn 1000 USD total and it has been good. Withdrawal only takes around maybe 2-5 minutes. Usually, but there was time it took more than 3 days to withdraw because my balance was lower than what I deposited

I experienced a technical issue where my trades were closed, history disappeared, and positions were later restored without notification, causing me to miss managing my trades. Support confirmed there was a platform issue and mentioned affected trades could be reviewed for compensation. I have already contacted support and am waiting for the review. I trust XM will handle this case fairly and provide an update soon. Editing my review is still week for now the support team remain silent no reply

I think there's no one responding here. You should send an email, and then you have to follow up again to see if they need anything else, send an email, and then you still have to babysit them like "did you get my email?" This app is trash, honestly. My issue's been open for 3-4 days now, and they've done NOTHING. No solution, no update, no freaking response. Just one email and they ghost you . Has anyone even read this?! This app is pretty bad. My issue's been pending for 3-4 days now, and they
