XM is extremely quick to accept your deposit, but withdrawing your money is a nightmare. Withdrawals are painfully slow, constantly delayed, or repeatedly rejected for minor reasons. ​If you do not speak English fluently, expect zero real help. Support agents effectively only communicate in English, leaving non-English speakers with useless, automated copy-paste replies. The biggest trap is their strict deposit-method policy.

This is the worst app I have ever used. I made a profit of $1,600, but when I requested a withdrawal, they only sent $272 to my account. After that, they told me they would not release the remaining money because I had only deposited a certain amount. Later, they removed the remaining balance from my account and told me that they would not pay me because it was their “final decision.” I have proof of everything and can provide it to anyone who wants to see it. Please don’t waste your time&money

XM disabled my credentials from logging into MT5 platform which is more reliable than their wack app. This useless app freezes every time I switch between different timeframes and instruments. There's also a deliberate delay when one opens positions so that the spread can put your positions far from your intended opening price. The user can't even add external indicators. The day seperator keeps vanishing. THIS APP IS USELESS!!! 12 people found this helpful
