XM disabled my credentials from logging into MT4 platform which is more reliable than their wack app. This useless app freezes every time I switch between different timeframes and instruments. There's also a deliberate delay when one opens positions so that the spread can put your positions far from your intended opening price. The user can't even add external indicators. The day seperator keeps vanishing. THIS APP IS USELESS!!!

I just don't get it. I tried opening the app after inputting my password, it asked for the 2fa thing but each time I want to input the code, the app restarts itself. I decided to leave it and tried using another device and now I can't access the app even after downloading. Sent you an email to check what's going on but the response wasn't even helping. I just don't get it.

I did rate this app 1 star because of multiple issues I faced involving major losses and verification issues. Sometimes you just have to accept losses and move on since the markets don't always work in your favour. Take time to practice, analyze, and observe where you went wrong so you can do better next time. Thank you XM for the support and the provided features that make things way easier. People who call this app a scam simply don't know how the markets work, shame.
