1. Not happy about the binding.. If phone is out of range there is no automatic binding when you are back in range. You have to open the app and bind from the phone app. 2. Because of the above problem you cannot rely on the watch to always notify you when there is a phone call. 3. There is need for a find phone feature on the watch. Other less equiped smart watches can do these.

I would love to give it 5 stars but I am giving them 3 for now cos I think the software needs to be updated. The watch shld be made that it can also pick calls and not just to hang it up. A lot of features have to be added and I think introduction of wifi to download apps on the watch will help. Alot of apps shld be added.. Tecno can do better. And also all notifications needs to come on the watch. Not just one. They should learn from their competitors like huawei, apple and others.

Wish it can be more user friendly.i find it hard to bind the watch, enabled everything on my phone to suit the process but my phone ends up freezing, it's tampering with my apps on phone. It's very annoying. Pls review the settings and reconfigure the settings that it does not have to have access to my phone. Thank you
