The one thing that keeps me from rating this app 5 stars is that it doesn't have any warning about the impact of Do Not Disturb mode on its ability to function properly. I missed an after hours on-call alert once because of this. I now remember to add an exception for this app on new devices, but someone new to it may not realize that. If you're reading this as a user, make sure you add such an exception. If you're on the dev team, please include some sort of notice on the first launch.

The least user friendly app for on-calls. Basically cannot do anything via the phone, and everytime I have to open my laptop. For example missing alert views, unable to filter Alerts under Reports, so I see all alerts without the possibility to filter them..Not to mention the schedule, I basically have no idea when I am on duty and when not. Why there can't be single calendar with marked rotations..

We are rolling out an updated schedule with a clear indication when you are or are not on duty in our next release along with a clearer user interface. I hope this will help you.

Developers ...you need to understand this app is used for critical infrastructure events. sinse last few days..i missed almost every single alert as there is no sound for notifications. No option to modify sound settings in the app. I am uisng samsung s10+. My company paying lot of money for your product and service. If this thing does not help in receiving alerts then no point using xmatters.

Hi Ravi, we're sorry that you've been missing alerts. Android 8+ brought some changes to sound notifications that are important to be aware of. Have you read our support article which may help? https://support.xmatters.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015426272-New-notification-workflow-and-options-for-Android-8-users

What’s new

- To help mobile users understand their on-call schedule better, we’ve added more details to the shift escalation screen. Here’s what’s new: group and shift names, shift start and end times, repeat frequencies, rotation policies, absences and replacements.
- Bug fixes and performance improvements.
