Ratings and reviews

The one thing that keeps me from rating this app 5 stars is that it doesn't have any warning about the impact of Do Not Disturb mode on its ability to function properly. I missed an after hours on-call alert once because of this. I now remember to add an exception for this app on new devices, but someone new to it may not realize that. If you're reading this as a user, make sure you add such an exception. If you're on the dev team, please include some sort of notice on the first launch.

Updating prior review, same one star because internal feedback page does not work! Now I complain publicly. Horizontal scrolling is terrible. Drag with a finger, and maybe the poorly formatted (for mobile) screen will move a few characters, or maybe it will move a quarter of a screen. Maybe it's too strict with directional motion? I played with it a little, and even if I start horizontal scrolling, the slightest vertical motion moves the screen vertically instead.

* Incidents still sounds even if you already accepted them in the WebApp * Sometimes the incident still appears in the incident tab when you already marked it as resolved.
