Ratings and reviews

I'll give a brief review on this app and my personal experience with it. I usually don't rate or give comments. But I see untapped potential in this app and what could've been done with that. In total I have 7 orders so far. Excluding the other many orders that got cancelled. 1. They lack integration with restaurants. 2. Low quality restaurant around my area even though I know very good ones not on the app. 3. Food don't look like in the Pictures Wish I can write more but 500 word 🚫

I love the app, it's great and deliveries are quick too. One BIG problem though is that it doesn't work in some places. For example I can order freely from my workplace but not from my home due to location issues. Funny thing is, it works well about a 15 min walking distance from my home and I have to make this commute for the app to even work. It's very frustrating and I hope you'll fix this issue soon

I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for nothing — the order was never delivered, even though the app showed progress. There was poor restaurant integration; the app said the food was being prepared, but it never arrived. I called, and they said the food wasn't prepared. Terrible experience. 1 star.
