Ratings and reviews

I'll give a brief review on this app and my personal experience with it. I usually don't rate or give comments. But I see untapped potential in this app and what could've been done with that. In total I have 7 orders so far. Excluding the other many orders that got cancelled. 1. They lack integration with restaurants. 2. Low quality restaurant around my area even though I know very good ones not on the app. 3. Food don't look like in the Pictures Wish I can write more but 500 word 🚫

Terrible experience! I am extremely disappointed! I waited almost two hours for my order to be canceled at the last minute. Not only my time completely wasted but there was also no meaningful compensation offered for the inconvenience. This experience showed a lack of respect for customers' time and poor customer service. I cannot recommend this app based on my experience.

The best customer service in the country hands down. I usually use the app at my work place but it was not working around where I lived. I mentioned this to their customer service team, they asked for my location, and 2 days later it started working. Usually companies ignore such inconveniences but they handled it pretty quickly. Excellent app, excellent user experience
