Ratings and reviews

I'll give a brief review on this app and my personal experience with it. I usually don't rate or give comments. But I see untapped potential in this app and what could've been done with that. In total I have 7 orders so far. Excluding the other many orders that got cancelled. 1. They lack integration with restaurants. 2. Low quality restaurant around my area even though I know very good ones not on the app. 3. Food don't look like in the Pictures Wish I can write more but 500 word 🚫

Extremely poor customer service. They wasted my time and my dinner plans. They cancelled my order and sent my money back after more than an hour of me ordering food. Furthermore the reason they gave me was that the restaurant said they weren't receiving orders however I called the restaurant and confirmed that wasn't the case. I have felt deceived and made a fool of as a customer.

Very late delivery. I know the place doesn't take more than half an hour to prepare the food but delivery man hasn't picked up my order yet. (update ...It has been 2 hours and I still haven't received my order by the way.)
