Ratings and reviews

I'll give a brief review on this app and my personal experience with it. I usually don't rate or give comments. But I see untapped potential in this app and what could've been done with that. In total I have 7 orders so far. Excluding the other many orders that got cancelled. 1. They lack integration with restaurants. 2. Low quality restaurant around my area even though I know very good ones not on the app. 3. Food don't look like in the Pictures Wish I can write more but 500 word 🚫

It says ‘not enough points—select a digital payment method to split the bill’ when I try to pay using points. However, when I attempt to do that, the app shows the same popup again. The app suggests solutions that don’t actually work

I had to wait more than hour for my order because they gave my order for the wrong delivery man, and not the restaurants fault obviously 🙄 also not the first occurrence of such thing.
