This app is horrible. It doesn't show data usage, only "unlimited". Not enough information will be shown in the app. Can't add a debit card since there will always be an error popup, and from a recent bug, i can't even view my plan, tried to reinstall, but i can no longer login to the app because it got stuck in the loading. it's a nice sim, but the app made it unbearable.

Lastest version updated, this account automatically logout. Not the 1st time happen everytime updated. Worse apps. Login using mobile number but Error and asking to enter valid email. Nobody want or like to login many times because 1 month 1 time used this apps.

I chose this plan originally for the convenience of managing or terminating it. Now that I’m using it less, I wanted to convert to Prepaid. The app doesn’t allow it, and customer support said I must visit an authorised outlet. I’m based in Kuala Lumpur, and the outlet locations are extremely inconvenient. Using such T&C to inconvenience users only strengthens my decision not to continue with your service.
