Why new update is worse? why can't shared data and why show error grant permission contact even I already enable it? and why show error MSSIDN not exist after I enter pin? What is this!? ARE DISABLE THIS?? I NEED YOUR EXPLANATION RIGHT NOW!!!

The apps are working fine. Currently, the data column only shows Unlimited, without indicating the actual usage. It would be better to also display data usage details (in GB) so that users can easily track how much data has been used. Thank you.

I chose this plan originally for the convenience of managing or terminating it. Now that I’m using it less, I wanted to convert to Prepaid. The app doesn’t allow it, and customer support said I must visit an authorised outlet. I’m based in Kuala Lumpur, and the outlet locations are extremely inconvenient. Using such T&C to inconvenience users only strengthens my decision not to continue with your service.
