The application is very unstable, and errors frequently occur when topping up. After the update, I cannot log in; it displays an error message saying the account does not exist, but when I try to register again, it says the account already exists.

If I could rate this app a 0 star, I would've done that immediately. This app is a total scam and authority should've take action against it irresponsibility. I purchased a data plan and I didn't receive it due to their system false. However, I was blamed for ending my own data which I never received since the first day I bought it. The careline didn't even care nor bother to investigate further toward my case, instead just simply blame me for ending my own data. Refund my money or renew my data

Navigating through the application is like a maze. Wanting to subscribe to a monthly/daily plan isn't available through the app (you have to use their ussd *150# instead). Please add this *core* function inside the main app for ease of use especially for One-X prepaid users like me.
