Manage to add new pass and login. BUT for the email..it kept asking to verify email, yet there is no verification email in my email inbox. 'send again' multiple times, no email. check spam folder, none. Literally, there's nothing. Yet, this notification kept pestering me to verify my email. can't even use the app peacefully. This is very inconvenient and annoying. Please fix this bug ASAP.

Bought a new SIM card online and wanted to activate my SIM card. So I filled up the form in this app up until the eKYC validation step. After taking a photo of my IC, the app just restarted and I'm back at the main menu and had to start from the beginning again. After multiple tries, I contacted support and they asked for 1 to 3 BUSINESS days to resolve it. Just for activating a new account!!! If you're thinking of buying OneXOX, don't bother. The experience is just horrible.

Unable to open the app. After installing the app I tried to ooen and it gave an error message: unfortunately Xox Black has stopped. Tried restarting my device. Same result Update: problem solved when I bought new device. 20/5/2026: you guys made it difficult to add the data. now it takes more steps. made me think the developers are not even XOX users.
