Lastest version updated, this account automatically logout. Not the 1st time happen everytime updated. Worse apps. Login using mobile number but Error and asking to enter valid email. Nobody want or like to login many times because 1 month 1 time used this apps.

I chose this plan originally for the convenience of managing or terminating it. Now that I’m using it less, I wanted to convert to Prepaid. The app doesn’t allow it, and customer support said I must visit an authorised outlet. I’m based in Kuala Lumpur, and the outlet locations are extremely inconvenient. Using such T&C to inconvenience users only strengthens my decision not to continue with your service.

I’ve been trying to switch from XOX Black back to ONEXOX Prepaid for 3 months but keep getting errors. The line is useless, and customer service told me to port out to Maxis then back in — a waste of time. I’m paying for a service I can’t use. Feels like I’ve been scammed.
