Unable to open the app. After installing the app I tried to ooen and it gave an error message: unfortunately Xox Black has stopped. Tried restarting my device. Same result Update: problem solved when I bought new device. 20/5/2026: you guys made it difficult to add the data. now it takes more steps. made me think the developers are not even XOX users.

stupid apps, can get through payment.. every month like this.. on year 2026 having this problem is really frustrating.. so difficult to make payment.. plus I have problem with my roaming service.. It's damn expensive and it's not working.. Frustrating.. Everyday have to subscribe.. But very difficult to connect and use.. Stupid.. Really stupid..

how do I use this if I cannot activate my sim? After taking the video. It showed the processing page for one hour and still processing. Can you just upload the video and process it on your server and inform users about the processing later? I wonder are your programmers really doing their job? I bought this sim online. If I can't activate it I can't use it. Do you really care for your business? Sighs.
