About this app

Xplora app is designed for parents or guardians to manage Xplora smartwatch.

Xplora app uses your daily activity health information from your smartphones (Health app) such as step data to track your day & progress over time. Your activity will be your power source to join our activity campaigns and compete with your children with Xplora smartwatches.

In the app, you can

* Manage contacts of kids watch
* Voice calling and messaging to kids watch
* Check its location of kids watch
* Manage a safety zone
* Manage school mode

Ratings and reviews

Watch doesn't update locations very well. Often have to restart watch to get it working again. Also, getting a lot of messages about cleaning watch charging ports. I have cleaned the watch and charger multiple times and still get the error messages. I just have to take the watch on and off the charger until it works.

We have nothing but problems! The GPS never works, messages only go through off and on.. sometimes never works. The calling feature never works. You try calling someone from the watch or from a phone and it never connects, even when your standing right next to it. The messages are always delayed. The app I have to constantly refresh and half the time it never fully refreshes. I have tried to email and connect support but nothing ever gets fixed it's always the same issue. Our child has the XG03

The app never updates my conversations unless I back out and open it again. If I switch back to the app and I'm in a text conversation, it just sits there until I go to the main menu and open the conversation back up. It's horrible QOL. Notifications are slow or buggy. I would also like to see granular controls on me letting people text my child without needing the app. Give me the option, don't just flat out block it. Also, allow me to let other kids text my kid if they also have an xplora.
