It is difficult to imagine a more unintuitive interface and mode of operation. Issues are too numerous to list. For example I'm presently infuriated by the fact that this app won't let you log even after you reset the password, and it won't you register a new account because your details are already in the xplora system. Another glaring issue is that this software does not alert the user about the text messages on time and it takes a very long time to sync the watch location. Stay away.

Im very disappointed of the app and watch. Bought X5 play. Gps tracking works with big delay. Live tracking does not work at all. Application is far from perfection. When phone lose connection to cellular data application shows error message and waits for user to press ok. Bravo! That's what users with weak signal wants, right ? But the most annoying is that app kicks you off after some period of time and you have to enter phone no and password again. Again !!! What the heck guys?

I haven't had any issues, except if I need to contact someone it doesn't give me US option. The app has had accurate GPS tracking, notifies me of any calls and messages. Once it a while it says something about lost network but only for a second and it connects again. Overall pleased with the app, I know they've upgraded it so I think people should give it another shot. We have 2 guardians set on the app and had no issues connecting our android phones with the QR code.
