I'm Alex from A. Suero Transport. If you need to do a password reset, forget it. We have been locked out of the app for 2 months.EDITTING FOR UPDATE!! A very dedicated lady by the name of Susan contacted us, and our problem was an email being blocked. She didn't give up and somehow fixed the problem. We are back in business. Unfortunately, in RXO, it is not easy to get a hold of actual people, but these app group are extremely patient and persistent until they fix things. IMPRESSED!
