I have been using XPS Network for a year now. They updated the UI, and the usability/a11y is now much better, and the numbers are much more readable, bravo! Good about this app are the custom exercise videos, shared by my PTs gym. I can track some progression, but that also still gives me trouble in that the app seems to get stuck in statistics view and displays a blank screen until forced shutdown. For managing team or trainee exercises, this should be great app!

Either I don't get a notification that a message has been received on the app, or it flashes up briefly but then goes and there's no icon in top left of my phone screen to show I've had a notification. Means I miss messages from the team.

Hi Kelly, can you please upgrade to the newest version of the XPS Network app, but you will also need to upgrade the Android OS on your phone to version 10 for that to work. We think this will fix your problem.

No way to refresh/sync training plan, e.g. when my PT is still updating it when I open the day's training. I had to logout & login again. Also, can't easily see the sets I've already completed in the list view.

Hi Susanna and thanks for the feedback. You can refresh by dragging down the agenda and releasing it. The app also refreshes automatically just by you going out of it (putting in background) and going back in, you definitely don't need to log out and in again. We would also recommend updating to newest version 11.2.1
