■ We don't tell you to quit. We help you get it back.
This is a sobriety and moderation app for those who don't want to quit drinking, but simply want to "cut back a little."
Sulraejabgi does not force you to stop drinking. Instead, we visibly return the amount you cut back on.
Money saved on alcohol, mornings reclaimed, and days your liver rests.
Drinking records, managing drinking limits, setting drinking goals, and morning summaries are all contained within a single drinking diary.
■ Why it is different from other sobriety and moderation apps
Most sobriety apps count "how many days you have abstained."
Then, the moment you have a drink, the count drops to zero, and you end up deleting the app at that point.
Sulraejabgi counts differently.
· We count consecutive records, not consecutive days of abstinence. Even on days you drink, your progress continues as long as you keep a record of your drinking.
· The home screen displays your "Recovery Account," not the number of days you abstained.
· Even on days you exceed your goal, it says, "You drank 2 more than usual."
We view moderation as a matter of management, not a contest of abstaining.
■ Drinking Survival Mode — So that you, the drunk one, don't have to make the decisions.
Whether to go for a second round is decided by the person who is already drunk. That is why the game of tag is decided before it begins.
· If you set a target number of drinks before the gathering starts, the app counts the intervals between drinks for you.
· A gauge showing the glass filling up — You can see your drinking capacity at a glance without having to read the numbers.
· "It would be perfect if this were the last drink" — It tells you what to do next instead of issuing a warning.
· Notifications for a glass of water after every drink, and a timer for the last drink.
· Refusal phrases for various situations — Company dinners, with bosses, with friends, drinking alone, or on dates.
The app does not scold you even if you exceed your goal.
■ Recovery Account — The home screen of this app.
We show your balance instead of warning messages. Based on your usual drinking amount recorded at the start, the amount you drink less accumulates every day.
· Money saved on alcohol (calculated at your regular prices)
· Mornings and time regained
· Days your liver rested, calories reduced, equivalent to a few bottles of soju
· Recovery Milestones — Changes in your body every 3, 7, 14, 28, and 90 days, accompanied by evidence
I believe that what sustains long-term sobriety is not willpower, but a visible balance.
■ Morning Summary — The only screen in the app that is set in the morning
While the entire app is colored like night, only the summary screen is bathed in morning light.
A summary appears on both days you meet your goal and days you miss it.
"I exceeded my goal by one drink, but I beat my usual self by two."
Self-blame is the biggest reason people give up on abstinence or moderation.
There is no reprimand in the sentences of *Hide and Seek*.
■ Drinking Recording Takes 3 Seconds; It’s Okay to Be Drunk
· One-Tap Recording for Soju, Beer, Somaek, Wine, Highball, and Makgeolli
· For other drinks, enter the volume and ABV to calculate pure alcohol and standard glasses
· One-Tap "I didn't drink today" and you're done
· Drinks consumed at 2 AM are calculated based on yesterday's quota
· View past drinking records at a glance on the calendar
· Alcohol costs and drinking capacity are automatically totaled
■ Reports and AI Coach
· Drinking Patterns by Day of the Week and Time of Day — See which days you lose your temper
· Trigger Analysis — Identify what triggers drinking: company dinners, drinking alone, or stress
· Coach Insight — Goes beyond diagnosis to provide one action you can take today
· 14-Day Curriculum — 3 minutes a day, the process of creating your own moderation rules
· Alcohol Metabolism Curve — Reference estimate of how much alcohol remains in your body
■ Safety First
· Do not drive under any circumstances after drinking. This app does not determine driving eligibility and was not created for that purpose.
· For users aged 19 and older only.
· If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have liver disease, are taking medication, or are experiencing withdrawal symptoms, we will guide you to professional counseling (129 / 1577-0199) instead of coaching.
· If your self-assessment (AUDIT-C) score is high, we recommend professional counseling in conjunction with the app.
· Hide-and-Seek is not a medical device and does not replace diagnosis or treatment.
· Ad ratings have been restricted to prevent the display of alcohol advertisements.
■ Drinking records remain only on the device.
What and how much you drank is not transmitted to the server.
There is no registration required, and the only things the server knows are the anonymous installation identifier and the date the app was opened.
You can export your entire record as CSV or JSON at any time.
■ Always Free
Drinking records · Calendar · Morning summary · Self-assessment · Safety guide · Counseling connection · Export · Backup.
These features remain even if you cancel your subscription. We do not hold your records hostage.
The PRO version is applied only to the functions that interpret and plan on your behalf (Report, Coach, Curriculum).
