This new app is so bad. It takes forever to log in, and once you log in, you are lucky if you are even able to make a payment. The quick pay option takes almost 10 minutes to process. Sometimes, you can wait for so long just for it to say payment no processed. The old app was so mich better.

Everytime I try to log into my acct for Power , it keeps telling me I'm inputting the wrong info (UN & PW) , when clearly I've been putting the CORRECT information . Me , doing it this way "Forgot Password" and go thru the whole process , it still sends me the same INFO I PUT IN . it's annoying , pls fix your app . It was waaaay better before the new update , thank you vm .

This app doesn't even deserve one star, but google won't let me have zero. It's so broken and has caused me to be locked out multiple times due to its laggy nature, slow speed, and the ability to, for whatever reason, have its connection interrupted for no given reason. As well as, I have to enter my info at mock speed, or the app forces me back to the main page. It should be illegal to allow a government run app that's meant to assist in paying for BILLS to be this buggy.
