Fixed tool calling that was broken with 400 errors across all providers. Fixed custom API provider sending wrong URL, key, and model. Fixed Gemini requests when tools are enabled. Fixed conversation history back navigation. Tool results now survive conversation reloads, and multi-step tool loops (up to 6 rounds) work reliably. Streaming UI is smoother with 40ms batched updates.
