Community Matrimony Very disappointed. My payment got auto-debited even though I never gave any autopay authorization from my side — it was enabled from their end without my consent. I should have control over my own payments, not get auto-charged without warning. Refund also takes 7–10 days with no clear reason why. Unacceptable for a digital transaction. Be careful of hidden autopay defaults on this platform. Poor experience overall.

no responses from customer care, they disconnect the call while speaking, not accessible the contact numbers, what's app and messages of girls even though we are the prime member, I am very disappointed with your system, once already raised this issue, still it's not resolved ,marriages meditators work efficiently than your matrimony

Worst matrimony site, don't waste money and time, I'm a prime gold member since I got meembership I'm getting all profiles which are last seen 3months ago or older interestingly those profiles as daily recommendations, when I reported the issue ,they ask me to update the preference. I updated everything still no luck. When you ask customer service they don't have proper training how to help they just keep saying same things in a repeat. Below this message they'll reply saying email the issue
