The app and the features are good but just the minus point is that nothing works🤦🤦 everything takes an hour to buffer and the app is unable to connect to internet many times even when the connection is excellent. I can't view my saved or registered documents easily, i registered my covid vaccination card and it's been 2 days of me trying to open the document and waiting too long for it to be there but i just get buffering. Moreover i can see that my document is registered but can't view it.

I am not able to log in even after mutiple attempts and its lagging very badly like even with the wifi and internet connection joined it keeps on saying not connected or failed even after trying more than five times its not properly functioning. At first i thought it might be my phone that is not working but other apps are working just fine only this app is not working.

There is no way to log into this app if you're living abroad !! The only way to log in is by entering the OTP that is sent to my Nepalese phone number. How the hell am I supposed to get the OTP if I'm living abroad and I don't have access to my sim card ?This is really frustrating. Even the customer service guy says there's nothing they can do about it. It's very horrible to deprive citizens living abroad of simple government services. You guys need to fix this issue !!
