By recording sets, reps, and weights used, athletes can effortlessly monitor their progress, making YAP Training the ultimate tool for athletic development.

YAP Training collaborates and assists middle schools, high schools, and college athletic programs to design custom workout plans for their specific sports and training periods. These programs are delivered to the athletes through the Athletes App and allows not only the athlete to track their progress but the coach also. Coaches can effortlessly track their athletes' progress using the specialized coach's portal, helping foster a comprehensive approach to athletic growth and sport-specific objectives.
