With the Yardi Facility Manager app, you can quickly and easily view and complete your work orders, inspections, and preventative maintenance checklists.

hands down the worst app ive ever had the displeasure to put onto my phone. It takes up a 5th of the storage i have, crashes frequently and is terrible for the industry it was made for. Every single time i get a "Facility manager isn't responding" when im in the middle of literally doing my job, it feels like a part of my soul was sent down all 9 circles of hell. Would not recommend.

Constantly having issues signing in. It works great for a few weeks then it gets stupid. 👉Login Failed Exception. Error: The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception.. Inner Error: Authentication failed, see inner exception.👈 I've uninstalled and reinstalled this ridiculous app four times in the past 24 hours and still getting the same message. I sign in using the same credentials using a web browser and it works. This app needs a makeover from someone with experience.

Keep having to uninstall and reinstall app. Settings between the computer and the app are unreliable. Have to sync the app multiple times to get all recorders to sync with cell phone. Is app does not contact you when new workorders have been entered. Is unable to make purchase orders on app.
