The Yardi Maintenance IQ app works in conjunction with Yardi Elevate Maintenance IQ.

With the Yardi Maintenance IQ app, you can quickly and easily access and enter inspection results from a smartphone or tablet without having to go to a browser.

Unable to log back in, after being booted for the hundredth time, *mid* use, while trying to complete service requests. Management likes this app so they can triangulate your location on the property (mobile version). But on top of being extremely slow, to the point of timing out, you often need the desktop version alongside the mobile version just to complete work orders--and management wants them completed on the mobile version. But the desktop version is a different kind of mess. Thanks devs.

This app crashes if you minimize out of it and then try to open it back up. Sometimes if you have it idle for too long it will log you out and require to login again. I probably have to login to this app about 10-15 times every single day of use. Not stable on a OnePlus 12R The app seems stable enough on iPhone where it's not constantly crashing, but the User Interface is worse. It's very cumbersome to navigate on iPhone.

Very slow, time consuming app to use. Unfortunately, I am stuck using this on a daily basis for inspections and let me just say it is FRUSTRATING. I can tell that the devs have never used this app in the field. I'd say the biggest issue I have is comments, that I know I saved, just disappear. This means that before I submit an inspection (an action that cannot be undone without using a PC), every comment must be double checked to make sure they haven't disappeared. This adds a ton of time.
