Very slow, time consuming app to use. Unfortunately, I am stuck using this on a daily basis for inspections and let me just say it is FRUSTRATING. I can tell that the devs have never used this app in the field. I'd say the biggest issue I have is comments, that I know I saved, just disappear. This means that before I submit an inspection (an action that cannot be undone without using a PC), every comment must be double checked to make sure they haven't disappeared. This adds a ton of time.

If you can successfully navigate past its Login errors by reinstalling the app until it works and actually pushes you through into inspections, it will take literal minutes to load even 1 inspection. When uploading your completed inspection, it will say "successfully completed" but it lies. You have to keep submitting it until it actually vanishes, otherwise it will be locked in pending on the computer. Sometimes this can take 5 or 6 tries. Infuriating. Hot garbage.

I have a very technical aspect of the app I wanted to address and this is the only forum I'm aware of to do it. I would like to know why when I select the "delete" option on work order dashboard, to a work order that I assigned to myself, it doesn't delete me off of the app that the supervisor and p.m. use? I believe they use the Voyager software, which for the most part is the same as maintenance i.q app(u used both) It doesn't remove you from the work order in the linked software.
