Yardi® Deal Manager provides powerful deal management capability in an easy-to-use, mobile-friendly solution for Asset Managers and their brokers.

A flexible messaging and approval workflow system allows brokers and asset managers to centralize conversations and tasks at the deal or property level. With a direct connection to your Voyager system, Deal Manager provides up-to-date availability information and stacking plans (coming soon!) for your leasing team, while also sending deal data directly into Voyager.

Deal Manager also works with Advanced Budgeting and Forecasting and Orion BI. This overlay of deal pipeline data on top of actual financial and operational metrics gives your asset management team an unparalleled view into the health of your portfolio.
