Poor Login, Non Functional UI. Pixel 9, header occludes top side panel nav option. Biometrics login was filled and never prompts on the login screen. Remember Me button does nothing. Every new session I am prompted to login again. Google SSO does not work, always fails. Email OTP works but is very tedious and slow. Too many steps to get into the app, are you trying to keep me out? We have to use these tools, please prioritize these fixes. Reach out to me if you need assistance implementing.

I don't understand why an app is necessary. Half the pages on the app take you to the website and won't load quickly and crash often. I'd much rather have a great web portal than an app that takes up space on my phone. Clunky and slow

App is convenient but freezes after every payment. I have to exit and log back in to continue using the app.
