Very frustrating user experience. The app shows my checking account but never allows me to select it for payment. I have called about this issue to customer service 3 times now- they always send me to the payment department who can never solve the issue and when they try to transfer me to another department, their system hangs up on me! Every time. This is after talking to their customer service for 20-30 mins each time while they explain that they can't fix it.

First Key has trouble with their websites and portals in general. This app is no exception. Payment was fairly easy, but that's about all you can do with this app. Submitting requests, signing documents, anything else is done outside of the walls of this app. Would be wonderful to have all of your marketing revamped and tied together with no loose ends.

This app makes it easy to look at bills and pay them. The only thing that could be better is the ability to set up a payment for a different date. I'd like it if I could set up my rent to come out on a day where I don't need to log in. I don't want auto withdraw as it may be a day I don't have the funds yet.
