It's overall fine, but is basically only useful for paying rent. My biggest grip is that it doesn't "remember" anything. You need to put in your email every time. You can't use biometrics to log in, only a code via text/email. It will always pop up with the same reminders and warnings. I also think it'd be nice if you could put in a maintenance request or view your open tickets from the app, but that's not a feature

Very frustrating user experience. The app shows my checking account but never allows me to select it for payment. I have called about this issue to customer service 3 times now- they always send me to the payment department who can never solve the issue and when they try to transfer me to another department, their system hangs up on me! Every time. This is after talking to their customer service for 20-30 mins each time while they explain that they can't fix it.

Contact button doesn't work. The utilities keep going back into my husband's name when utilities are supposed to be under firstkeys utility 3rd party thing. I got a bill in the mail from the water company itself listed under my husband's name. So I went back into the billing on firstkey app to see if water was on there. It wasn't. But it was a month ago. It's every other month we have to contact firstkey to have it corrected.
