About this app

This app is for residents at Towne Properties managed apartment communities. It allows residents to manage their profiles, view their ledgers, and pay rent and other charges from an iOS or Android mobile device. Residents can also use the app to initiate and track maintenance requests that include a description, voice memo, and photos.

App is easy to use. improvements: auto pay doesn't always take our. sometimes you have to do it. but I can say your information is stored. #2 you can't make a payment before the 1st. but over all its a functional app

Very helpful in contacting maintenance &/or office. I work evening shift often office is closed when I get home. This app makes it easy to contact maintenance when needed.

using the maintenance app online is very easy and the turnaround time for them to come is very well within reason
