The Westdale Living app provides easy mobile access to the Westdale Resident Services Portal. It allows residents to manage their profiles, view their ledgers, contact the community and pay rent and other charges from an iOS or Android mobile device. Residents can also use the app to initiate and track maintenance requests that include a description, voice memo, and photos as well as perform move in and move out inspections.

as of recently I haven't been able to use my biometric login which isn't a big deal but it is at the same time, my husband's works but mine doesn't. overall its a decent app. and it makes maintaining rent and maintenance requests super easy.

Thank you so much for this app!! It's really convenient to be able to pay my rent right here, instead of having to go wait in line for a money order and then get it to the office during specified hours. Also super easy to request maintenance, this APP has REALLY helped me to simplify this aspect of my life! Thank yall SO much!🩷

Used an unselected payment method resulting in 2 apartment fees and 1 bank fee, would not recommend going to any apartment complex utilizing this application! Not safe and racks up fees
